eMemory provides every employee equal opportunity for comprehensive training by means of on-the-job training, a diverse range of professional training programs, e-learning systems, and lectures by guest speakers. In addition to enhancing professional knowledge, these programs also enable the exchange of new ideas. Total staff training time reached 4,913 hours in 2022, which in part reflects the enthusiasm of our staff.
