Availability

NeoBit ULP is available for three CMOS-compatible process generations including 0.35um, 0.25um, 0.18um, and compatible with all logic-based processes. Memory densities are available from 256 to 2K bits.

Technical Principles

NeoBit ULP operates at low voltage and features a low programming and access current. Unlike the byte programming found in NeoBit HD and HR, NeoBit ULP programs memory cells bit by bit to save power. In addition, the complete HV system and power switch are included in standard NeoBit ULP IP as shown in the following.
