NeoBit HR is available for different CMOS-compatible process generations including 0.5/0.35/0.25/0.18/0.16/0.13/0.11um and is capable of functioning in wide variety of environments down to 1.8V. Various densities are available to meet customers' specific requirements.

Technical Principles
Electronic programming features of NeoBit HR make package- or field-level repair possible. Expensive laser equipment and probing pads are not required to program fuses, and significant testing time can be saved due to NeoBit HR's short byte-program time.

NeoBit HR cells are initialized using ultraviolet light illumination and programmed through the injection of hot electrons generated by avalanche impact ionization in NeoBit IP. Programming is achieved via a 6.5V programming voltage supplied from an external pad or from an internal charge pumping circuit.
Similar to NeoBit HD, HV generation or switch functions such as charge pumping and power switch are not be included in standard NeoBit HR IP, but are available at request.
